NH Culinary Institute HomeThe New Hampshire Culinary Institute of White Mountains Community College has partnered with the Mount Washington Resort, one of the premier resorts in the United States, to offer an innovative way to achieve a culinary degree. The Apprentice program offers students the option to work in a well supervised environment, take classes, and receive an A.S. degree in Culinary Arts. Student apprentices will have the advantage of getting paid while they are receiving college credits, the advantage of working in all areas of a professional kitchen, and the advantage of developing an exceptional knowledge of food production.
