Dr. Margaret Leitch Copeland, Administrator of the NH Child Development Bureau in Concord says "The NH Community Technical College in Berlin is creating the next generation of early childhood leaders for Coös County and New Hampshire; graduates are making a difference in the lives of children and families Each person who attends the Early Childhood Program learns from Professor Pat Finnigan Allen, who has won every early childhood award New Hampshire has to offer, and from Susan Blais, whose quiet leadership as director of the child care program made it the first nationally accredited program in the North Country. With this inspiration, each student forges her own way to leadership."
