Class 2006 Graduates from CCSNH - Berlin

Under the Tent
The graduating class of 2006 from the NH Community Technical College did not let the weather rain on their parade during the ceremony Friday, May 19. One hundred thirty-two students along with their families and friends joined under the massive tent to celebrate and honor the students who have earned their degrees in various fields. The ceremony began with Kathy Eneguess, President of CCSNH-Berlin, who welcomed those in attendance "to celebrate the success of all the learners." Other guest speakers included Paul Halloway, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Postsecondary System , and Mariann Letarte, President of the Student Senate.

Jon Greenburg, Executive Editor of NH Public Radio was this year's colorful guest speaker. He advised the students, "I know you have truly worked hard to be here today. Whatever your next step, approach it with openness and enthusiasm." He shared with the crowd that as a relatively new resident of New Hampshire, he sees great potential and resources in Berlin and he considers all of the graduating class a large portion of those resources.

Dr Charles Annal, Deputy Commissioner, presented this year's Teacher's Excellence Award to Lynn Davis, Office Technology Professor and the Service Excellence Award to Laurie Carrier, of the Division of Community Education.
