Officials from the University System of New Hampshire and the New Hampshire Community College System will be in Berlin on December 13 to sign a Memorandum of Understanding that expands access to higher education in the North Country and demonstrates a new level of collaboration between the State's public higher education systems.
NHCTCS Commissioner Bill Simonton, Board of Trustees Chair Paul Holloway, and CCSNH-Berlin President Kathy Eneguess will join USNH Chancellor Stephen Reno, Board Chair Andy Lietz, and Granite State College President Karol LaCroix for the public signing ceremony. It will be held at the NHCTC campus in Berlin at 11 a.m. Officials will discuss plans to co-locate Granite State College's Gorham Center to CCSNH Berlin, enhance the coordination of course offerings between the systems, and share additional resources. They will also formally sign the Memorandum of Understanding at the event. A light luncheon will follow for attendees.
