Student Senate Helps Out Food Pantries
The Student Senate at White Mountains Community College recognizes the tough economy in the North Country and has made generous donations to area food pantries over the past few weeks. Brian Inkell, a displaced Ethan Allen worker, is enrolled in the Culinary Arts program at White Mountains Community College. Inkell is a representative on the Student Senate and was instrumental in the $1,000 donation to the food pantry in Colebrook.
The Student Senate at WMCC has made similar donations to food pantries throughout Coös County, thus assisting people in need in more than 30 towns and communities.
