Congratulations to Chef Travis Giles


WMCC Culinary Arts Professor Chef Travis Giles was recently named winner of the North Country Chef's Regional Challenge.  Giles will now compete in the Grand Challenge on November 3 at the Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa.  His winning dishes at the regional event consisted of a butternut squash soup with maple chantilly and roasted pepitas, and PT Farms braised beef shoulder with truffled cauliflower puree, smoked elderberry marmalade, and apple cider foam.
