The Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSA) was signed into law on Dec. 27, 2020. It includes a section “to provide financial aid grants to students which may be used for any component of the student’s cost of attendance or for emergency costs that arise due to coronavirus, such as tuition, food, health care (including mental health care) or child care.”
You, or someone in your household1 must have experienced a financial loss or increase in expenditures related to COVID-19.

CRRSA funds are still being processed. There is still time to apply for funds if you were affected by COVID.
