The ATF at White Mountains Community College delivers professional, industry-standard weld inspection and testing led by Certified Welding Inspectors (CWIs). Using guided-bend testing and other proven methods, we evaluate the strength, quality, and integrity of completed welds to ensure they meet your exact requirements.

We specialize in qualifying and certifying welding test coupons for both plate and pipe. Weld coupon testing is one of the most effective ways to assess a welder’s skill level, to screen potential hires, and ensure current employees meet the specific codes and standards required in your industry.

AWS Certification Card Request

Please allow up to two weeks for WMCC ATF to process your welding certification test. Once you have been officially notified that you passed, you may submit this form to request your AWS Certification Card.

  • Certification Card Fee: $60
  • Processing Timeline: After your payment is processed, your certification card will be issued directly by the AWS Certification Department. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Important: Do not submit a request for the AWS Certification Card until you have received confirmation that you passed your certification test.

**Destructive testing services include the following: visual inspection of the weldment, processing, and bending. All weldments must be 8” in length to process, additional fees may apply if the weldment is not 8”.

Payment Method

Invoices will be generated by White Mountains Community College Financial Services upon enrollment.

All certification materials will be mailed to the welder’s home address unless specified to be mailed to the employer’s address.
