    Insurance: The tenant shall provide an insurance certificate, naming WMCC as an additional insured. Comprehensive general liability insurance against all bodily, injury, death or property damage, in amounts of not less than $250,000 per claim and $2,000,000 per incident shall be included.

    • The certificate of insurance “Certificate holder” box should contain: White Mountains Community College, a Component of CCSNH, 2020 Riverside Drive, Berlin, NH 03570

    Cancellation Policy: Tenants are fully charged at 100% if the cancellation occurs in five (5) or fewer business days prior to the rental. If the college is closed due to weather or another act of nature (please check wmcc.edu or wmur.com for weather-related updates), then the rental will be rescheduled to the earliest convenience of the college and renter.

    IT Requests: IT requests need to be coordinated at time of room rental.

  • FACILITIES & RATES

    Regular rental hours are Monday - Friday; 7:30am-9:00pm. (Rentals outside standard hours of operation may incur additional fees)

    Full-day room rental includes approximately 8 hours.

    Half-day room rentals are approximately 4 hours.

  • Food and Supplies Provided at Functions Policy: Please note that a customer is purchasing a service and does not take ownership of all foods and supplies presented at the function. Unless consumed during the function by the designated parties, the food and supplies remain the property WMCC.
    • Prices are subject to change.
    • Functions with a culinary request will be billed separately from the room fee.
    • All rooms are subject to availability, reoccurring functions may not always be in the same room.
    • All guests are welcome to purchase food in the WMCC Bistro when open.
    • Kitchens are not available for public use at any time.
