There are a number of great opportunities for Middle and High School students at White Mountains Community College!

Running Start

The Running Start program allows high school sophomores, juniors and seniors to take WMCC courses for high school AND college credit while still in high school. Courses offered through the Running Start program are college courses taught at the high school by WMCC college credentialed high school faculty as part of the daily class schedule.

Early College

Early College is a dual enrollment program that enables high school students to take college classes at WMCC for 50% off our regular tuition. Early College students earn general education credits that are transferable to other two and four year colleges.

eStart

eStart is a dual credit program that affords NH high school students the opportunity to take 100% online college courses through the Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH), while earning both high school AND college credit simultaneously.

STEM Activities

Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) skills are in high demand by employers. WMCC offers several programs directed at local youth in order to promote the study of these skills.
