Welding Hazard Identification and Assessment teaches students how to identify and assess hazards in the welding workplace. Training in identification of hazards aims to prevent accidents and injuries and to protect workers from exposure. Practicing safe work habits is critical to employment in industry. Students must take this course concurrently with welding courses. (Pre-requisites: WELD106W, WELD110W, WELD115W, WELD125W, WELD203W or POI; Co-requisites: CAR101W, WELD206W, WELD216W WELD221, WELD228 or POI)
