All students are strongly encouraged to reach out to their academic advisor before completing this process.
Completion of this form documents a student’s intent to withdraw from the college.
Registered students who complete a college withdrawal can expect the following results on their academic record.
- If students never attend a registered course, no course or grade will be recorded on the students transcript.
- If students drop from a course during the add/drop period, no course or grade will be recorded on the students transcript.
- If students withdraw after the add/drop period but during the first 60 % of the term, a grade of a “W” will be awarded. A “W” grade does not affect a students GPA.
- If students withdraw after the first 60 % of the term, up until two weeks before the end of the semester, a grade of a “WP” or “WF” will be given.
Students who have officially withdrawn from the College may apply for readmission.
